Fun Facts

I Love soccer and softball. I started playing in high school and played two years of soccer in Junior College. I had surgery on my knee, but I was on a couple teams for soccer and a couple teams for softball. I like to sing, dance, watch movies, and just have fun. I have three younger siblings, so I am the oldest of four. I have a niece and a nephew, whom I adore very much. I try to visit my family as often as I can. I am from Bakersfield and moved out to Fresno to go to school.

About Me

I am a junior (going to be a senior) at Fresno City College. I plan on transferring schools, either up north or somewhere down south. I am taking classes for my major and plan on finishing my major at which ever school I decide to attend. I am majoring in Kinesiology either physical therapy/athletic training or orthopedics.

I started fresno">tutoring just this past November. I loved helping the children learn more in something they are having trouble with. I helped many students in a variety of subjects. I am very excited to continue doing so with Frog fresno">Tutoring.

Personally I am a visual learner, so I would like to get to know how each student learns. Each students learns a different way. I personally still need help in some of my classes, so if I do not understand it, I will ask the teacher. Other times I will ask my peers for help and have them put in terms I understand. The students should not be afraid to ask any questions - there is no "dumb" question! Every question matters because it can answer multiple questions. Maybe someone else will ask my student the same question my student asked me, and they will be able to answer it!
