About Me

I have a Master's degree in History from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro. My ultimate goal is to work in a museum or archive managing the collection.

Experience

I minored in education as an undergraduate and tutored throughout college. I have worked at the National Archives, the Smithsonian, the Pioneer Florida Museum, and the National Park Service.

Approach

I love learning, but growing up school did not always come easily. I know what it is like to have to work twice as hard to understand concepts that come naturally to other people. I want to help students develop skills to succeed in the classroom and provide them with the encouragement to keep trying even when it is hard.
