I am currently a teacher assistant working with a self-contained class in middle school, previously I was working aside elementary special needs kids.

Assist with curriculum planning ( preparing materials, bringing ideas to the table, creating stations, differentiating the lesson)
Assisting students in small instructional groups while assuring the class is on task

Approach

As a child I’ve always liked helping and enjoyed working with kids, so I took that as motivation to get where I’m at; working with kids in the schools and helping them grow.
