I am passionate about learning and traveling. I have traveled to four of the seven continents and love learning about new cultures and languages. I am an avid reader, love to give back to my community, and love to run marathons. I have a three-year-old little girl.

About Me

I am a controller and broker at a real estate brokerage called Icon Global. I have a degree in Animal Science and Equine Science, and just completed a degree in Business Administration and Management. I am a lifelong learner.

Experience

Throughout high school and college, I was a tutor to classmates across various classes. I am currently volunteering at Fortress in South East Fort Worth, hosting a weekly enrichment class for the parents of students in attendance. These classes range from finance to cooking.

Approach

As a child, school was not very easy for me and I appreciated the teachers who took extra time and approached the subjects with patience and care toward the learning process. I am patient and look for songs to make up or acronyms that help with the learning/memorization process. Relating concepts to real-world and interesting subjects/hobbies of the student is most important and effective.
