Fun Facts

At one point in my life, I committed myself to learning how to beat-box on the flute but abandoned the pursuit after a week. Should I give it another go?

About Me

I graduated from the University of Utah in December 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering. Neurology is fascinating to me. With this passion, I aspire to advance neurological care through patient care or medical device development.

Experience

In the classroom, I have tutored college students in Organic Chemistry II. In the research lab, I have mentored students and learned to present niche research topics to younger audiences as well as the general public. Outside academics, I have developed teaching skills as a caregiver at Capitol Hill Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Approach

As a student in engineering and an aspiring medical student, I am familiar with the difficulty of time management and burnout. I would be glad to assist students through these challenges.

Biology Tutoring

I have earned an A in Principles of Cell Biology and have since studied biology content for the MCAT exam.

Chemistry Tutoring

I earned an A in college-level General Chemistry I and II and Labs. I have since applied the general chemistry content in engineering courses and restudied the material for the MCAT.

Homework Coach Tutoring

I have juggled research, biomedical engineering courses and learned how to study for the mcat. I would be glad to help motivate and organize.

Physics Tutoring

I earned an A in Physics for Scientists and Engineers I and have since studied Physics for the MCAT.

Science Tutoring

I have studied biology, chemistry and physics in my undergraduate college major, Biomedical Engineering. Each science topic is essential for the development of a medical device (that is what you learn in biomedical engineering)! I am motivated to help students comprehend concepts and find their own personal motivations to learn!

Study Skills Tutoring

In college I pursued a biomedical engineering major, along with research, volunteering and MCAT preparation. I have experienced the challenges of studying and would be glad to share my advice.
