Whether it's coaching gymnastics or sitting down and reading with a kiddo, I love spending time helping others find their passion and grow into their best selves! I believe that every learner has something that they're interested in and can excel at! I've found my own passions and interests in reading, taekwondo, and hanging out with my cat, Boshi!

About Me

I am a graduate student studying Public Health and have been in Boston for about 6 years. I did my Bachelors at BU and am currently learning Spanish and Vietnamese to expand my cultural knowledge.

Experience

I have tutored students privately and through public programs in reading, math, science and Japanese. My primary interests fall in the elementary-middle school age range, but I have tutored in high school algebra, english, biology, and global studies to name a few.

Approach

I spent a lot of time as a child picking things up quickly, but realized later on that I needed to develop strong study habits to really excel. I believe that passing down the thirst for knowledge will make this process easier for others and so I approach teaching as an opportunity both for myself and the student to learn about each other and ultimately for the student to get the most out of their education.
