Born and raised in Philly, my mission is to really help serve the underserved and overlooked.

Experience

I've been doing tutoring and homework help since I was in elementary school myself. As a child of the gifted program, I was allowed to leave my classroom and help teachers with their students in other classrooms- even up to two grades higher than my own. I’ve worked with many after-school programs, a few tutoring companies, and have even privately tutored ever since. I love seeing a student’s eyes light up when they realize they’ve learned something.

Approach

My approach when working with students is always patience and praise. I make sure not to show frustration of any kind around students because it seems to discourage. No matter how long it takes to get right, we will take that time and they will receive positive feedback afterwards. I like to show that with practice and persistence, you can learn literally anything!
