I love to sing, read, write, learn, and have great conversations. I am very curious, and love words. Currently, my mom and I are working on making our own word game and hope to get it produced. I also really would like to become a published author.

About Me

One of my early memories is sitting under a table in kindergarten, helping two of my classmates learn how to read. I am working on finishing my bachelor's degree in elementary education. I am empathetic, loving, creative, and love to teach!

Experience

I have tutored at a learning and literacy center, done a little bit of tutoring with an agency, worked with autistic children and ESS kids, as well as helped with regular third and fifth-grade classes.

Approach

I believe that negative reinforcement and harsh words are incredibly damaging and can hold a child back from their potential for many years. Children need to know that they are important regardless of what they achieve. In the past couple of years of healing from unhealthy situations, I have adopted a mentality that a gentle approach is so important in life and a catchphrase that I have adopted is to "bloom with grace".
