I have always loved to read and write. I am returning to grad school this upcoming semester to continue my education and improve my creative writing skills. I have been published in several writing magazines. I hope one day to be a published author.

About Me

I am enrolled in Winthrop University's graduate program with a focus on creative writing. In undergrad, I was on the Dean's list two years in a row. I enjoy studying literature.

Experience

In my time at Winthrop University, I have studied under awarded author Dr. Dustin M. Hoffman. When I was in high school, I helped tutor younger students.

Approach

I had a lot of problems in high school with confidence and motivation. Over the years, I've found my inner strength. I believe in compassion and positive reinforcement, especially when it comes to young children, and especially when they have learning disorders. I want to give our students the compassion that I needed when I was in school.
