Fun Facts

I love cooking for people, and reading history, and historical and realistic fiction, I love the mountains, hiking, kayaking, and canoeing. I have taught and traveled outside the United States for thirty years. I have produced and directed upper school plays. I have written and self-published a Russian/English cookbook, which sold over 250 copies in Kazakhstan.

About Me

I am currently living and working in Tirana, Albania with my husband. We are about to send our fourth and last child off to college and return to Albania in August. I would be willing to work remotely while in Albania.

Experience

I have worked as a tutor, classroom teacher, and advisor in various educational settings. I have tutored math, English, and ESL. I have taught all subjects in 5th through 8th grade. I have also taught Algebra, Geometry, World Geography, and World History.

Approach

I have always loved learning and wanted to help others experience the joy of learning and discovering the world around them.
