Fun Facts
A few facts about me are that I like to play video games during my free time after studying or doing homework. I also love to watch some good old 80s, 90s, 00s, and even some Disney movies during my free time. I have been practicing archery recently due to my favorite female character, Lara Croft, in the Survivor series video games.
About Me
I am currently a senior at the University of Texas at Arlington. I'm majoring in history and minoring in geography. My current GPA is 3.09, and I hope to get 3.5 or higher before graduating. After graduation, I hope to work as an archaeologist, museum archiver, museum curator, or history researcher.
Experience
Every summer, I tutor my niece and nephew before they start school for the new academic year. My niece is just starting to read, and my nephew will be in middle school; he struggles with math, reading, and writing, which benefits all classes particularly reading and writing. When I was younger, I helped other kids because I was appointed as a middle and high school student helper for languages, art, and math-specific topics.
Approach
When I was younger, I struggled with reading comprehension and writing since I couldn't remember what I read and had terrible grammar and spelling skills. I am grateful, however, that I was able to get a personal tutor over 10 years ago to assist me with my circumstances and enhance my writing abilities.
