In addition to my educational and business careers, I served in the US Army as a Drill Instructor and First Sergeant.

About Me

I have recently retired as an adjunct professor at SUNY Genesee and Bank of America and now spend a lot more time with my family and friends.

Experience

I spent 20+ years as an adjunct instructor and eventually adjunct professor of business besides teaching in the army and my parish. I have student taught as part of my degree requirements in both elementary and high school in both suburban and urban environments. Additionally, I spent 2 years teaching business and economics courses at the State of New York Department of Corrections - Attica Maximum Penitentiary.

Approach

I have approached the educational process in a pattern that I learned to be most effective. Start the semester on a slower basis to ensure the students have a firm grasp of the course basics. The chapter-a-week method does not serve the students' understanding of the course material.
