About Me

I’m a graduate of Vanderbilt University and love to help students meet their academic goals.

Experience

I have successfully tutored students in a variety of subjects including math, science, writing, psychology, and neuroscience. I’ve worked with middle school, high school, and college students.

Approach

I have a flexible tutoring style and adapt to the individual needs of the student. Typically, I identify problem areas by pre-testing and/or reviewing the student’s process as they work on practice problems. I reinforce learning using flashcards, mnemonic devices, study guides, etc. I believe in creating a welcoming environment where students feel comfortable to ask questions.
