I have a passion for dance that has been in my life since I was 5 years old. I’ve trained in various styles and have continued training throughout my undergraduate education.

About Me

I graduated in May 2024 from Southern Methodist University with a B.S. in Biological Sciences and a minor in Dance Performance. I received an award for academic excellence in biological research before graduation. I have been accepted into UT Southwestern Medical School and begin in August.

Experience

I have a passion for teaching others that I have never pursued officially, but I have always been the study group teacher. I currently work as a scribe trainer and teach many new trainees medical terminology and medical scribing techniques. I believe this has been extremely helpful in developing alternative teaching techniques for unique learners.

Approach

Since I was a child, I had great mentors and teachers who helped me turn my understanding of math and science into a passion. They encouraged me to be curious, help others, and develop my leadership abilities.
