About Me

I am currently an 8th-grade English/Language Arts Teacher and tutor with over 6 years of experience. I have also taught English/Language Arts at the elementary level for 4 years as well. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business and a Master's degree in Education. My ultimate goal is to become a curriculum designer for a k-12 school district.

Experience

I have tutored both elementary and middle school students in English Language Arts and Science for the past six years. I have focused on Reading Comprehension and Writing skills as well as STAAR test preparation, Aside from that, I have coached soccer, taught private music lessons and volunteered at my church in the youth groups. I look forward to meeting students with Frog Tutoring and helping students meet their academic goals,

Approach

I struggled with ADD in my younger years, but with the help of a teacher and my tutor, I was able to overcome that and finish college with my Master's in Education.
