Fun Facts

I enjoy going on runs by myself and with my dog named Red! I used to run a lot more than I do now but I still do it every once in a while. I've never been outside of the United States, but I hope to travel to places such as Japan and Greece one day.

About Me

My name is Leonardo Luna and I was a chemistry major at FIU and graduated in the fall of 2024. I was born in Miami and have lived here my whole life. I enjoy spending time with my dog Red and going out with my friends. My goal is to go into graduate school to earn a PhD in chemistry.

Experience

As a tutor at FIU, I am currently tutoring organic chemistry and have been tutoring it since July of 2024. I have also previously tutored on Knack while at MDC.

Approach

Chemistry in general can be a tough subject and it was visible in my classes that many people struggled with it. Therefore, I want to help them succeed and to understand the topics. I like to provide study skills that I learned that may help others be successful in their studies.
