In my free time, I enjoy sculpting miniatures. These have included making Pokémon, doll house furniture, Christmas tree ornaments, and dioramas. I always like taking on a new challenge and making unique pieces related to my interests.

About Me

I am a recent college graduate with a major in English. During my time in college, I worked as a writing centre tutor, edited our university literary journal, and participated in a reading-based honours program.

Experience

I have spent the last five years as a professional writing tutor at the college level. In that time, I have worked with over 200 students on a variety of assignments including book reports, class presentations, reading comprehension, rhetorical analysis, and creative writing.

Approach

I believe in encouraging my clients to think for themselves and develop the tools necessary to eventually self-edit their work. As a tutor, I am there to build confidence in my clients and teach them techniques to become strong, independent writers.
