A fun fact about me: I worked at Hasbro Games in the early '90s and was the designer who "twisted" the letter "T" in the "Twister" logo, which still features that twist today. I’m passionate about creating, writing, communicating, and doodling!

About Me

I am a communications strategist with over ten years of experience in marketing, copywriting, and design, specializing in both internal and external strategic communications. I’ve developed marketing briefs, communication plans, social media content, press releases, newsletters, and B2B and consumer products, among other projects. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, I have successfully led design teams and managed budgets. Collaboration fuels my creativity.

Experience

As Senior Program Director at American Greetings, I developed and facilitated a “Kids Lab” for my design team, conducting school visits to engage students in card creation and activities. These interactions fostered valuable dialogue with both students and teachers, yielding key insights into Gen Alpha and Gen Z (children ages 2-12) that proved invaluable for product planning. Each year, we visited five diverse schools, covering grades K-8. I will complete this field if hired.

Approach

As a tutor, I aim to boost each student’s confidence in their abilities. I recognize that every child learns differently, and I’m committed to helping them discover what works best for them while making learning fun and enjoyable.
