I have a passion for Latin American culture, especially Venezuelan and Puerto Rican Spanish.
I enjoy ghost stories and anything to do with the supernatural.
My favorite Spanish grammar aspect is its flexibility in word conjugations.
I started learning Spanish on the job where I was accidentally hired as a bilingual leasing consultant!
I was never a good student in a traditional setting which makes me very flexible!

About Me

Hi! I’m Victor Toussaint, and I have a B.A. in Spanish from Arizona State University (July 2024, 3.5 GPA). I’m passionate about language learning, education, and interpretation. I have experience teaching Spanish at the middle school level, tutoring in English and Spanish, and working in administrative roles that require strong communication and organizational skills.

My goal is to help students build confidence in their Spanish skills through engaging and practical lessons.

Experience

I have over four years of experience tutoring and teaching Spanish to students of all levels, helping them improve their fluency, comprehension, and confidence in the language. I have successfully guided more than 25 students in achieving their language goals, with a 90% success rate in passing Spanish exams. My teaching approach is interactive and personalized, incorporating grammar, conversation, and cultural insights to create an engaging learning experience.
