Fun Facts

A passion and fun fact about myself is that I compete in natural bodybuilding! I have won a teen show and plan to compete in the summer of 2025. I am the oldest of three and have two younger sisters aged ten and eight.

About Me

Hello! My name is Christian, I’m currently about to end my junior year at Arizona State University, majoring in pharmacology and toxicology. I have been on the dean’s list for two (2) out of three (3) possible semesters! You should know that while my best subjects are in science, I am also capable of teaching lower-level math and even entry-level college physics.

Experience

For a year during my college experience, I was hired by Arizona State University as a supplemental instructor, or SI and was offered to apply as a subject area tutor as a result. As an SI, it was my responsibility to create original content to use to teach classes of over one hundred undergraduate students who could attend or watch the recordings I made as they saw fit. I did this for two consecutive semesters, one for General Chemistry I and one for General Chemistry II

Approach

Growing up, I never did struggle much in school, which is why it bothered me so much that when I DID ask my parents for help, it was usually just met with frustration. I want to have a soft, individualized tutoring experience that both pushes the student and encourages them to express their difficulties so that we can find a solution together and build foundational learning.
