I am currently a fourth-grade teacher in the School District of Philadelphia.

Experience

This is my 25th year teaching with the School District of Philadelphia
I have taught all grades from kindergarten to fifth grade
I have plenty of experience teaching children on different levels and using different modalities
I have taught in several different schools in different neighbourhoods across the district.
I have also been tutoring online for the past 15 years
I have used many platforms and tutored students across the country in a wide range of subjects

Approach

I use research and data strategies to provide the best instruction for children
However, I also know that each child is different and learns in a different way
To get him to move a child is also key. Combining both of these provides great outcomes for success.
