I'm a huge fan of Star Trek and Dungeons and Dragons! I love writing in my free time and am always trying to explore new topics. When the weather is good, I like to head to the beach and enjoy Oregon's beautiful dark skies.

About Me

I'm an Electrical and engineering/oregon/portland">Computer Engineering graduate from Oregon State University. I've had internships at both Allegro MicroSystems and Apple. I'm currently working on a career shift towards education.

Experience

I've tutored several study groups throughout high school and college. I also led my high schools Science Bowl Team, which involved several tutoring sessions. Overall, I have experience in math through Vector Calculus and Linear Algebra, but enjoy learning and teaching about science and history.

Approach

I believe that all topics can be broken down and explained. Not only does that help the student, but it also helps the teacher reinforce the concepts into their mind. The biggest barrier to learning comes from the language used, not the student.
