One thing that people are surprised to learn about me is that I love to sing and sang professionally for many years. I found singing and theater at a young age, and it helped me to build the confidence I carry with me today. I was born in CA and have lived in 3 different states- CA, OR & AZ! I love to be outdoors-especially if it involves a pool/lake/river/ocean!

About Me

Dedicated educator with over 13 years of experience helping students thrive. I’ve successfully supported learners of all ages by building their skills, boosting their confidence, and making learning a positive experience. I hold an MBA from the University of Arizona, graduating in 2024 with honors and a 3.89 GPA. I am also a proud member of Phi Theta Kappa and Golden Key honor societies. My goal is to help every student I work with feel confident, capable, and prepared for success.

Experience

I have over 20 years of teaching experience, specializing in both adult education and elementary students. My current K-3 class started below grade level, but through one-on-one instruction and small class sizes, every student is now performing above grade level. I focus on personalized learning, building confidence, and helping each student reach their full potential.

Approach

I meet each student where they are, tailoring instruction to their needs. This approach helps students make real progress, especially in difficult subjects. I provide access to free, effective programs to support learning before and after our sessions. I believe in kindness, patience, support, and building lasting confidence in every learner.
