About Me

I am a sophomore at UC Berkeley who's interested in science/california/san-francisco">Computer Science, Psychology, Neuroscience, and Linguistics. I have 3 years of tutoring experience now in various subjects like Math, English, and Korean.

Experience

I was a 5th-grade English tutor for around a year, where I created lesson plans to improve the students' reading and vocabulary skills.
I was also an assistant teacher for Korean, where I taught elementary students how to read, write, and speak Korean.
This semester, I helped 6-8th graders with their math homework, breaking down complex problems into easy-to-understand steps.

Approach

I like altering my teaching style based on the students' learning needs, which sometimes means breaking down problems, visualising the problem, or providing a lot of examples.
