Nationally certified phlebotomist, scribe, over 1000 hours of patient care experience, soon to be
published author, with aspirations to become a physician’s assistant. Passionate about medicine
and helping the less fortunate. Excellent with children and has worked as either a coach, tutor,
or camp counsellor for years and can proficiently engage classrooms and courts.

About Me

I have a Master's and Bachelor's in Medical Sciences and have aspirations to become a Physician Assistant. I have tutored kids for over 5 years, 2 years professionally.

Experience

I tutored my peers all throughout high school and college on the side. I started tutoring professionally in 2022 at Grade Potential tutor specialising in Elementary and Middle school-aged children. I am also a child grief counsellor for children aged 4-7.

Approach

Positive energy and encouragement are the most important things when teaching. Not getting frustrated and continuing your tone is also important to develop a safe environment for the child. Having kids slow down and read questions out loud is also very helpful in giving them time to understand.
