I love cats and marine animals! I know tons of Pokémon facts which I’ll go on and on about if you let me! I love helping people thrive and better understand subjects that are difficult for them by trying to explain them in a different way! I like making my own art as well!

About Me

I am an upcoming college junior who is currently working towards graduating with a major in physics and a minor in environmental science! I’m gifted in math, and I’ve been told I’m amazing at reexplaining concepts in a way that makes sense and sticks, so I hope to use that to help others thrive!

Experience

I was a member of my high school math club, which allowed me to provide math tutoring to students who needed it once a week! I also helped tutor my friends in geometry and trigonometry when they were struggling, as well as helping other students in general if I understood the topic well enough to explain it a different way!

Approach

As a child (and now), I never fully memorized my times tables in regards to math, but that never stopped me from succeeding in school and life. I’m patient and understanding when things become difficult, and I attempt to explain things in a way that makes more sense, either based on past lessons or real-life examples. I have adhd and anxiety, so I understand how hard it can be to follow along and focus or even just to ask for help. I will never judge anyone for not understanding something.
