Fun Facts

I completed high school online while living in India, which helped me become independent and deeply curious about the world. I’m passionate about learning and love helping others understand new ideas, especially in subjects like algebra and economics. As a double major in Economics and Humanities with a minor in Classics, I enjoy connecting logic with language and numbers with meaning. Whether it’s solving equations or exploring ancient texts,

About Me

I’m currently a double major in Economics and Humanities with a minor in Classics at Villanova University. I’ve been on the Dean’s List for two semesters in a row and am passionate about connecting ideas across disciplines—whether it’s applying economic reasoning, exploring philosophical questions, or drawing insight from classical texts. I love helping others understand challenging material and believe learning should be both clear and meaningful.

Experience

During high school, I served as a peer tutor through the National Honor Society, working bi-weekly with students across various subjects. After graduating, I spent my gap year teaching at Divya Shanthi High School, a low-income school in India. There, I taught 10th standard students math, science, and English. Under my guidance, the class achieved one of the highest passing rates in recent years, with only one student needing to retake the final exam.

Approach

I believe the best learning happens when students feel supported, understood, and challenged at their own pace. Too often, traditional teaching models are designed for the average student, leaving those who think or learn differently behind. I strive to teach with flexibility and empathy, adapting my approach to each student’s unique needs and strengths. Whether I’m helping someone grasp algebra or master a tough concept, my focus is always on building confidence, clarity, and a real connection.
