Fun Facts
Everyone who knows me understands that I often do not see myself without a book in my hands. This summer, my goal is to read fifteen books. My favorite book is "Slouching Towards Bethlehem" by Joan Didion.
About Me
I am a rising sophomore at Stevenson University with a 3.9 GPA. I am majoring in Nursing and hope to become a psychiatric nurse.
Experience
In high school, I was a part of the National Science Honors Society, where I tutored peers who had trouble with their science classes bi-weekly. I also participated in an Arts Summer Camp at my high school for two summers, where I worked with children ages 10-14, instructing them on how to complete the assigned art projects and how to improve their drawing skills.
Approach
I was always a strong student growing up—school came naturally to me, and I enjoyed learning. But as I got older and the work became more challenging, I realized that academic success wasn’t just about being “smart.” It was about having support, resources, and someone to turn to with questions. Unfortunately, I didn’t always have that. When things got tough, I had to figure out how to cope on my own. That experience shaped the way I approach tutoring.
