I am an identical twin. My twin sister is an educator too! We have 10 brothers and sisters!

About Me

I am a graduate of Arizona State University. I taught in Arizona elementary schools for the first 14 years of my career. I then taught in Denver, Colorado, for 6 years. I am excited to be back in Arizona, helping students reach their goals.

Experience

I have been teaching for over 20 years. I have taught all grades, kindergarten to 4th grade. I am very passionate about teaching, and I love what I do. I have an undergraduate degree in elementary education, with an emphasis on early childhood. I also have a graduate degree in ESL.

Approach

I believe that teaching should be engaging and hands-on. Students should feel excited and empowered by the lessons I provide. I believe that creating a solid foundation for reading, writing, and math will help students succeed in future career paths.
