Fun Facts
Some things that I love to do are continuously getting better at volleyball so that I can support my daughter in anything volleyball-related. I also love working out, doing yoga, playing basketball and soccer and being an active person.
About Me
I have been teaching in Arizona for 17 years, and next year will be my 18th year. I am originally from Michigan and love to travel whenever I am not trying to help kids grow and reach their full potential. I went to Central Michigan University and graduated with a major in elementary education, a major in social studies and a minor in math. I can teach all subjects, Kindergarten-6th, social studies K-8 and math K-8.
Experience
Right now, I am a math specialist, and I pull small groups and work with students individually every day. Not only is learning important, but getting to know the entire student is equally important so that the student feels safe and wants to learn. I have been teaching in Arizona for 17 years, and next year will be my 18th year.
Approach
I believe that all children can grow and learn, with no exceptions. There are always new strategies and learning techniques that can be used or tried to make sure that your child is getting the best support possible.
