I believe math is like a language, and once students learn to "speak" it, their confidence grows
About Me
I began my university studies in 2004, and since then, I have gained valuable teaching experience, though not continuously. My passion lies in teaching mathematics, and I find great fulfilment in witnessing students grasp new concepts and grow in their understanding.
In my time, I greatly enjoy fishing—it’s more than a hobby; it provides a deep sense of peace and clarity. Being in nature allows me to reflect, recharge, and return to my responsibilities with renewed focus and balance.
Experience
With approximately 10 years of experience in teaching mathematics, I have successfully instructed students from 7th through 11th grade in a variety of math subjects, including pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, and precalculus. My teaching approach focuses on building strong foundational skills, encouraging critical thinking, and fostering a positive learning environment. I am dedicated to helping students achieve academic success and develop confidence in their math abilities.
Approach
I struggled with math until the 7th grade and didn’t enjoy it. However, through dedication and self-study, I not only overcame my difficulties but also developed a genuine passion for the subject. This personal journey led me to become a math teacher, and I now use my experience to motivate and support students facing similar challenges.
