About Me
I am a fifth-year PharmD student at the University of Rhode Island. I am very passionate about my studies and often try to relate my pharmacy knowledge to whatever I am tutoring! In my free time, I love watching reality TV or traveling.
Experience
I have been tutoring since my junior year of high school, and I love helping other students succeed! My favorite subject to tutor is Anatomy & Physiology II, though I do tutor other classes as well. I have worked both as a private tutor and as a lead tutor at my college’s tutoring centre.
Approach
I love when students are engaged in tutoring sessions. I like to use a whiteboard to go over material, make use of models or visuals grabbed off the internet, and frequently ask students questions to cement their understanding of the content. I often create and share Google Drive folders with resources for students so that they have something to reference when we aren't meeting.
