Fun Facts
I love sports activities, but I do not watch any games or have teams. Also, I’m the unofficial ‘tech whisperer’ in my office—if it blinks or beeps, people bring it to me before they call IT
About Me
Hi! I obtained my graduate degree in leadership and management from NDMU. I’ve been in the Quality systems profession before and after graduation. I’m someone who genuinely enjoys making things run smoother. I’ve spent the last few years working in quality assurance and systems coordination, where I help teams stay organized, stay compliant, and improve how things get done. I love digging into processes, spotting what’s not working, and finding better, more efficient ways forward.
Experience
I’ve worked in quality assurance and training, so helping people learn and do things the right way is kind of my thing. Tutoring feels like a natural extension of that—I’m used to explaining complicated topics, checking for understanding, and adjusting my approach until it clicks. Whether it’s coaching a team at work or tutoring someone one-on-one, my goal is always to help people feel confident and capable
Approach
My background in quality assurance and training has given me a strong foundation for tutoring. In both roles, I focus on breaking down complex information, tailoring my approach to different learning styles, and ensuring understanding through clear communication and consistent feedback. As a training coordinator, I created materials and led sessions designed to help people succeed, which directly mirrors the patience, structure, and support I bring to tutoring
