Fun Facts
One thing that I am passionate about is visual effects in live-action movies and TV shows. Specifically, I love it when animated characters look believable in a live-action scene. I am the middle child of three. The oldest lives in New York, so I visit the city often.
About Me
I am an Animation Major with a concentration in technical animation and a minor in Character Technical Direction, which is known as rigging at the Savannah College of Art and Design. Rigging is making skeletons for animated characters and objects. I have been on the Dean's List for over a year consecutively. When I graduate, I hope to have a substantial portfolio to work as a rigging artist for movies.
Experience
When I was a member of honors society in middle school, I would help tutor younger middle schoolers on different subjects. In high school, I would help my friends and family who were in school with learning their schoolwork in multiple subjects, including math, science, and computer-related projects. In college, I would help my classmates with computer-related work, using programs like Maya, Python, and multiple Adobe products.
Approach
During middle and high school, I was in upper-level classes, but a lot of my friends were not. When helping them learn, I would listen to the approach they were taught and what they knew so I could help them learn what they were missing in a way that catered to them specifically.
