I enjoy reading, cooking, going to the beach, listening to music, and spending time with my family.
I usually am quiet and keep to myself, but I enjoy going to comic conventions with my daughter and the movies with my son.

About Me

I am a single mom of two teenagers, ages 17 and 18. I enjoy working with kids. For 4 years, I have worked at a private school as a tutor and a substitute teacher. I also work as a private tutor. I enjoy helping kids and teaching them something new. I went to Ultimate Medical Academy. I went for my degree in business administration and a minor in human resources and health care administration. I am currently trying to finish my degree.

Experience

I am a tutor and substitute teacher at a private school. I work with students from kindergarten to 12th grade. Many students I work with are behind grade level, and I work with them to get them where they need to be to graduate. I also work with Sunshine Method tutoring students at their homes, helping them with homework assignments that they need help with.

Approach

As a person who struggled in school. I know the feeling of being left behind when you don't understand something. I want to help those who feel that way and help them see that there are other ways to learn. It is not about learning only one way; there are other ways to learn. I want to show the students that it is possible to learn and try new things and not give up.
