Fun Facts

I am a Nationally ranked triathlete / Team USA. I Have 6 brothers and sisters. We moved every year and still get together once a year. Since there were 7 of us, we all put ourselves through college by working all kinds of odd jobs throughout middle and high school.

About Me

I am a class of 81 graduate of Pratt Institute Class in New York City with a degree in Industrial Design and Engineering.

I am a semi-retired design and real estate professional who owned and operated a successful NYC design practice for about 30 years before going into project management for large capital improvement projects, mostly Wall Street clients.

I am licensed in New York and Florida, NCIDQ certified, and a certified LEED AP.

Experience

30 years of design and project management of residential and commercial projects. 4 years of management of large capital improvement projects. Tutored in a volunteer after-hours program for 4 years. (Fresh Air Fund). Tutored adult GED for 2 years. (NYC Cares) I love helping students learn and grow. It is very rewarding.
