I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents and am deeply passionate about supporting their growth and helping them reach their full potential. Professors, peers, and past employers would describe me as dedicated, organized, and enthusiastic.
Experience
I bring a strong foundation of experience working with children and adolescents in both educational and mental health settings. Two of my most recent roles include serving as a therapy intern at MSA: The Child and Adolescent Center and a Mental Health Worker at NewYork-Presbyterian. My experiences also include being certified as a Crisis Intervener, experience in education/maryland/baltimore">special education literacy, an ESL tutor, and a health and wellness instructor. I believe in personalized student-centered learning.
Approach
Through my extensive experience working with children, I've been fortunate to witness the transformative power of individualized instruction and unwavering, encouraging support. These experiences have shown me that the most effective tutoring is student-centered, builds confidence, and fosters a supportive environment where students can truly thrive.
