About Me

I earned my Bachelors at Towson University, a liberal arts college in Maryland. I traveled to New York City to obtain my Masters at the Manhattan School of Music, a private music conservatory. I am a career educator but I thrive on working together with students in private or small group settings. As a professional, I have served students in 1:1 and group learning settings as a private instructor and group director over the course of the past 5 years. I earned my Bachelors at Towson University, a liberal arts college in Maryland. I traveled to New York City to obtain my Masters at the Manhattan School of Music, a private music conservatory. I have dedicated my life to the pursuit of providing instruction in various platforms such as online and in-person.

Approach

It is important that students are meeting baseline requirements for comprehension. I work to ensure that students have a solid foundation upon which to build future skills. Once my students feel confident in their own abilities, I push them to stay ahead of their coursework. I implement an approach that uses positive psychology to provide feedback and ultimately reinforce the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
