In my free time, I can usually be found going on runs, reading (or rereading) a good book, or playing the piano. Another fun fact about me: I am bilingual!

About Me

I am a junior majoring in English at Trinity College. I received Faculty Honors both freshman and sophomore years, and recently made the Dean’s List.

On campus, I work as an editor for my school literary journal and in the library. After graduation, I plan to pursue a Master’s in Education and go on to teach elementary and/or middle school.

Experience

As a student mentor for my school district’s summer Math and Literacy program, I worked with students both individually and in group settings, explaining math concepts and leading book discussions. I have also worked in a 2nd-grade classroom as a teacher’s assistant, helping students with math, science, and Language Arts.

Approach

I offer a personalised and warm approach to teaching. I’m timely, organised, and passionate about sharing my love for learning with students. I strongly believe that the best ingredient for success is enjoyment, and that is exactly what my lessons offer!
