Fun Facts
One of my greatest passions outside of academia is running! I run division one track and cross country, where I have won multiple Ivy League titles. Another passion of mine is music; I play piano and compose my own classical pieces.
About Me
I am a sophomore at Princeton University, tracking a major in either Economics or Astrophysics along with a minor in music. I was born in Mexico and, at a young age, immigrated to San Antonio, TX, where I grew up. I am an avid reader, golfer, and occasionally I like to play soccer.
Experience
I have over 6 years of tutoring experience! As a way to collect volunteer hours, in the 7th grade, I began tutoring kids at my school and continued through my senior year of high school. I also volunteered at many summer camps at TMI Episcopal High School, where I learned to work with children aged 8-14, coaching them in soccer.
Approach
I focus on building understanding, not just giving answers. I tailor sessions to each student’s needs, break down complex ideas clearly, and create a supportive space where questions are always welcome. My goal is to help students gain confidence and think independently.
