Approach
Finding the right balance between challenging students and offering the right support can be tough. If these needs aren't met, it can lead to frustration and hinder progress. Therefore, my approach is to build the student's confidence by breaking down complex concepts into smaller, more manageable steps. Over time, the student will be able to combine smaller concepts into a greater understanding of the overall subject.
