Fun Facts

I have three doggos; I have an English Bulldog and two Australian Shepherds! I live in a tiny home and LOVE to travel all over California! I grew up in San Luis Obispo, and I can't wait to move back to the ocean. My dream city to live in is San Diego, so I can start surfing regularly again! I also love to play basketball. I played basketball for 10 years, and I still enjoy hitting the courts for exercise.

About Me

I am a senior at Fresno State, studying Economics. Once I graduate, I plan on being admitted into the Public Administration Master's program at Fresno State as well. I currently hold a 3.75 GPA and am a member of the Tau Sigma National Honour Society at Fresno State.

Experience

I have had the pleasure of tutoring all ages. I tutored elementary students when I was in middle school at my mom's daycare, and I tutored my peers all throughout middle school and high school.

Approach

I'm a huge fan of visuals and hands-on learning, as that's the type of learner I am. I will always meet a student wherever they are in their academics, and work up to the bigger concepts when needed!

I'm excellent at algebra. I've been doing algebra since elementary school, and I can teach this basic math concept at any level.

Business Tutoring

I have a Business Administration Associate's degree from Clovis Community College, and I am currently finishing up my Economics degree at Fresno State. I have a very strong background in business.

Pre Calculus Tutoring

I've taken Elementary Statistics, Advanced Statistics, Trigonometry, Finite Math, and Pre Calculus. I've excelled in every math class.

My biggest strength is mathematics. I've done mathematical work for fun since I was 3 years old. I am very good at breaking down problems and concepts in ways that are easy for the student to understand. I've taken classes ranging from advanced algebra, to advanced statistics, to pre calculus.

As a student who struggles with ADHD, I have become fantastic with organization, time management, and sticking to a schedule. I can meet any student where they are and work with them to find a plan that works for them consistently with longevity.
