I played American football in Spain & Brazil, and in both places I tutored. In Spain, I was an English language teacher for native Spanish speakers, ranging in ages from elementary students to business professionals and all ages in between.

About Me

I was a math and economics double major in college, and became a math teacher & ranch">tutor upon graduating from college before I went internationally to play American football, where I continued to ranch">tutor both remotely and in-person.

Experience

I was at the forefront of an elite athletic middle school in South Orange County, CA--The Togethership. There, I helped establish the math curriculum and was a classroom teacher of about 20+ students per class. I have also done private ranch">tutoring, both in-person and remote, for individuals and small group settings since 2018. I have tutored a variety of subjects, specialising in math, but have worked with younger students in science, social sciences, writing, and reading comprehension as well.

Approach

I've always aimed to make math and other subjects less of a drag and less intimidating for my students. Trying to show them that making progress, no matter how small, every chance you get, can go a long way towards making their academic lives easier and more enjoyable.
