I enjoy many subjects, including English literature. I can tutor environmental science, history, social studies, writing, homework skills, etc. I've taught K through college for over 30 years. I love Storytelling and collaborative writing.

About Me

I am passionate about learning and love teaching. Together, we can explore many subjects from Astronomy to environmental science to world religion. My university studies have included psychology, criminal justice, and women's studies. folklore. theatre arts, cultural geography, and ethnomusicology - to name just a few passions of mine. In my many years of teaching, I have found that integrating student interests into required studies makes the subjects relevant in our lived experience.

Experience

I have taught every age from preschool to adult and every ability from special needs to ESL to advanced placement to awesome students who love to learn. I look forward to working with you.

My approach is to work collaboratively with my students and come up with a plan for success. However, success is defined by them.
