I grew up in Keller, Texas and have stayed in the DFW area ever since! In my free time, I enjoy reading, playing tennis or pickleball, or cosying up to watch a good TV show.

About Me

I graduated from TCU with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English in Spring 2024. I am now a college adviser during the day who thoroughly enjoys tutoring students in writing and English. I also have a passion for political science, particularly any political theory classes in college and government for high school students.

Experience

I was a writing tutor at the TCU Writing Centre for a year in undergrad, and earned a 4.0 for my English major classes. I was on the Dean's List every eligible semester while I was at TCU, and earned a spot in three academic honour societies by the time I graduated.

Approach

Through my experiences as a writing tutor and a college adviser for high schoolers, I have developed a deep understanding of the vulnerability it takes to even search for a tutor. I understand that no one learns things the same way, so I always tailor my tutoring style to my students' learning styles. With me, a student will never feel insecure about feeling confused or needing to ask clarification questions.
