Fun Facts
Hello! Well, I have 5 pets. 2 huskies, 2 kittens and one elderly cat. I am a disabled veteran, and am studying to complete my bachelor's degree currently, so I can become a forensic interviewer later in life.
About Me
I am 30 years old, live in South Carolina with my hubby, who is also a retired veteran. I am attending SNHU full-time online for a psychology bachelor's degree. My goal is to become a forensic interviewer after graduation.
Experience
I have been teaching my peers since I can remember. I have been in the military and have experience in various leadership positions. I have worked with all kinds of ages, and know how to use different styles of learning to find what fits!
Approach
When my mother was younger, I would attend her class and see how it was something I could see myself doing. Whenever she or her peers needed extra help if the teacher was busy, I would help, so I would love to help others, too

I was in ESL from first grade until fourth grade. I had friends in high school that I knew from elementary who were still in ESL. When I would assist teachers they would usually sit me with my friends who had trouble understanding from Spanish to English, sobI could help them make better connections and understand the language

English is my second language, I too had to learn it from scratch. I am currently working in my bachelor's and every other assignment is an essay. I am well versed on how to organize essays, how to do correct grammar to, fix spelling, and make things interesting and well written.
Reading Comprehension Tutoring
I love to read and have been reading since I was three. When we had AP English in high school, I had a 101 average because most of the assignments were based on deep understanding of books, beyond what is being told.

When I was youngercI used to be taken out of classes to reach fellow peers, and Spanish was one of those subjects. I also enjoy learning languages in my spare time so I have pretty good basics for learning Spanish
