About Me

I graduated with a BA from the University of Hawaii at Hilo. I have been springs">tutoring privately since high school and thoroughly enjoy helping students who come to me achieve their writing goals.

Experience

I have tutored middle, high school and college-level students in the past, both privately and in school settings. I love helping my students reach whatever writing goals they had when they first came to me.

Approach

As a non native English speaker who moved to the US with her military family as a child, I know a lot about the struggles that come with learning another language like English. But that never stopped me! I tutored and pushed myself to learn the language, and soon I was going home with school awards for my poems, essays, short stories and even presentations! My passion to help others who were struggling like me never stopped, and I began springs">tutoring in high school out of my parents' garage.
