About Me

I am a second-year undergraduate student at Arizona State University. I am majoring in civil engineering and minoring in construction management. I have strengths in math, and I have a way to teach the most difficult topics more simply. I've always enjoyed teaching kids!

Experience

I was the senior representative of the National Honor Society.
I have tutored kids in elementary school all the way up to high school students.
I am an active member of several club organizations, such as Steel Bridge Design, Society of Hispanic Engineers, American Society of Civil Engineers, and Women in Construction.

Approach

I believe a lot of educators have lost touch with the way they themselves learned things. Once you understand something, it becomes easy, and most forget to instruct in a digestible manner. I've noticed that a lot of my professors teach like students already know the information. I can break down the big, hard, scary topics into small, simpler steps that are much more digestible to students.
