About Me

I am a second-year student at Miami Dade College. I have been on the dean’s list since my freshman spring term. I aim to attend the central-florida">University of Central Florida once I have completed my A.A.

As a former Youth Development Professional, I:
• Led and organised youth programs, demonstrating strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Provided academic assistance, reinforcing problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Maintained detailed documentation, showcasing attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fostered a structured and positive environment, ensuring smooth program execution.

Approach

Back in the Club, I would learn each kid's motivations to incorporate them in my teachings. Every child is different and may need different approaches. Some I made jokes to keep them comfortable, while others I strictly stayed on the task at hand, as they may feel most comfortable with work only. I approach every child's needs as zj deem appropriate for said child.
