Fun Facts

I really enjoy watching TV shows and listening to music in my free time. I think every student needs time to unwind and do the things he and she enjoys. School is difficult, yes, so make sure you plan into your schedule time for the activities you like. It could be exercising, cooking, leisure reading, etc...you get my drift!

About Me

I graduated from washington-university">George washington-university">Washington University in 2013 with a BS in biology. I currently teach college prep level one high school biology.

As a student at GWU, I was employed by the department of Biology as an undergraduate teaching assistant. I helped teach the laboratory portion of undergraduate biology I and II. In high school, I consistently worked with children in grades 3-5 in a boston">tutoring center that focused on foundational reading and math skills. I also helped teach an introductory algebra class to high school freshman.

I approach boston">tutoring as a team activity. I want to have the student as engaged with the material on their own as I am helping them get through the tough subjects.
